These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the website www.modeberg-bern.ch, operated by Romano Trading Sàrl (hereinafter "Modeberg Bern"). By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

5. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer within 6 to 12 business days. These delivery times are not binding. No refunds will be given for delayed delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
The customer has a 14-day right of return at their own expense after contacting us. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. No returns for special offers.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Modeberg Bern until full payment has been made.
8. Warranty and Liability
Defective or non-conforming items will be replaced, if available. Further compensation is excluded. Modeberg Bern's liability is limited to the order value.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is protected by copyright. Any reproduction is prohibited.
10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the Canton of Vaud.
