Shipping policy

We deliver internationally. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery time: On average 6 to 12 working days, depending on the destination. These deadlines are non-binding and for orientation purposes only.
Shipping costs: Automatically calculated at checkout.
Shipment tracking: A tracking link will be provided by email after shipping.
Address: The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. No refund will be issued for incorrect addresses.
Warranty and liability: Upon receipt of a defective product or incorrect delivery, a replacement product will be sent if available. Refunds are excluded in such cases. Modeberg LLC's liability is limited to the value of the order. In case of loss of the package during transport, the responsibility lies solely with the shipping company; no refund will be issued by Modeberg LLC.
Uncollected packages: No refund will be issued for packages not picked up on time.
Customs duties and import taxes: All applicable customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
