Shipping Policy

We deliver internationally. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery time: On average 6 to 12 business days, depending on the destination. The total delivery time is usually 7 to 15 days. These timeframes are non-binding and for guidance only.
Shipping costs: Automatically calculated at checkout.
Tracking: A tracking link will be provided by email after shipment.
Address: The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. No refund will be given for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Warranty and liability: If a defective product or incorrect delivery is received, a replacement product will be sent if available. Refunds are excluded in such cases. Liability is limited to the value of the original order. In case of loss of the package during transport, responsibility lies solely with the shipping company; no refund will be provided.
Uncollected packages: No refund will be issued for packages not picked up on time or if delivery is refused.
Customs duties and import taxes: All applicable customs fees, import taxes, or other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
