Return and Refund Policy

Modeberg Bern – BEPO TRADING LIMITED

You have a return right of 30 days after receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• You have contacted us in advance by email at info@modeberg-bern.ch and received a return authorization with return number.
• The items are unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging.
• The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• The return is sent to our warehouse in Asia.
• Reduced items are excluded from exchange.

The customer is responsible for a secure and appropriate packaging of the return.
Damage during return transport is the responsibility of the customer.

Unannounced or non-compliant returns will not be processed.
Refunds are made only after prior approval.
