Returns and Refunds Policy (incorporated into the Terms and Conditions)
Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Before returning the goods, authorization must be obtained by email at info@modeberg-bern.ch.
No return label will be provided.
The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Discounted or reduced-price items are excluded from exchanges or refunds.
Personalized, made-to-order items, as well as underwear and swimwear, are excluded from returns for hygienic reasons, regardless of whether they are sealed.
Returns must be sent exclusively to our authorized return center in Asia.
The customer is responsible for secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Any damage or loss during return shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer; no refund will be issued.
Refunds will only be issued after prior approval and inspection of the goods.
Processing may take up to 14 business days after the return is received.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a defective or incorrect product is delivered, only replacement goods will be sent, if available.
Refunds are excluded in these cases.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order completion, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
The cancellation request must be submitted by email to info@modeberg-bern.ch.
Orders that have already been shipped can no longer be canceled.
