Return and refund policy (integrated into the terms and conditions)
Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days after receipt of the goods.
Prior approval by email is mandatory before returning info@modeberg-bern.ch to be obtained.
No return label will be provided.
The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Reduced or discounted items are excluded from exchange or refund.
Personalized, made-to-order items as well as underwear and swimwear are excluded from returns for hygienic reasons, regardless of whether they are sealed or not.
Returns are only accepted at our authorized return center in Asia.
The customer is responsible for secure packaging to avoid transport damage.
Damage or loss during return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility; no refund will be issued.
Refunds are only made after prior approval and inspection of the goods.
Processing can take up to 14 working days after receipt of the return.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In case of delivery of a defective or incorrect product, only replacement goods will be sent, if available.
A refund is excluded in these cases.
